Steps to Arrange Your Collection

​

Step 1: Book your bouquet preservation with us online (choose a deposit or item/s).

Step 2: Upon cart checkout, select “Complimentary Bouquet Collection”

Step 3: After your event has passed, complete the "Collection Request form" that is provided to you in your booking confirmation email.

Step 4: Prepare your bouquet for collection.

Step 5: Our courier will collect your bouquet directly from your door

Can my bouquet still be collected if I book the $300 Deposit Option?

YES, if you book your preservation by selecting our $300 Deposit Option and want to utilise our complimentary bouquet collection service, this is perfectly fine, as long as the final value of your selected keepsakes exceed $1000 or more. 

- If you, the customer, chooses to book with our $300 Deposit Option and the final order does NOT exceed $1,000 or more, a charge of $100 will be applied as remuneration for the collection service.

Can I still have my bouquet collected if my event has already passed?

​

YES, if your event has already passed, and you would like to use our complimentary collection service, please make your booking online right away and follow the steps to prepare for your collection, so we can arrange this for you ASAP.
