If any damage is discovered upon arrival, please follow the steps below:

✔ Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your keepsake

✔ Provide clear photographs of:
  • The damaged artwork
  • Internal packaging
  • The exterior shipping box and label

​

✔ Complete our ParcelProtect Damage Report Form (below)

⚠️ Failure to submit notice and images within this timeframe may limit our ability to assess, salvage, or resolve the matter.

Please note:

Due to the natural and delicate nature of preserved florals, minor movement during transit is normal.
Small dislodged petals, loose botanical fragments, or minimal shedding do not constitute damage and are an expected part of handling preserved flowers.​

Damage refers to significant breakage, structural failure, cracked frames, shattered resin, or elements that materially alter the appearance or integrity of your keepsake.
