For clients who would like their keepsakes returned sooner, we offer a Priority Preservation Service.
This premium option places your flowers at the front of the queue at every stage of the preservation and design process, ensuring they receive accelerated attention throughout their journey with us.
While preservation is a natural process and completion dates can vary depending on flower types and conditions, Priority orders are consistently progressed ahead of standard timelines — resulting in a noticeably faster return.
 
Please note: while we’re unable to guarantee a specific completion date, your order will receive priority handling at every stage.

Standard Timeline VS Priority Experience
 
Our preservation process is a carefully considered, multi-stage journey and typically takes approximately 6–10 months, depending on flower type, artwork selection, and seasonal studio volume.
This timeframe allows our team to work slowly and intentionally, ensuring each bloom is stabilised, preserved, and crafted to the highest standard.
 
 
💳 Payment Information
 
For Priority orders, full payment is required within the first month of your flowers arriving at our studio to ensure uninterrupted priority handling.
