As we only take a very limited number of orders each week a $150 deposit is required at the time of all flower preservation bookings & will be deducted from your final invoice.
It is advised to book in advance so that we can add your preservation booking to our schedule, especially during peak season. But if your event has already passed, please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss our schedule.
Instructions on how to carefully pack and send your flowers will be sent to you once we receive your booking.
Return postage cost is based on a standard Australia Post Satchel and will be added to your final invoice.
Preservation will take between 5-6 months.
If you feel strongly that you would like a certain flower/s from your bouquet or spray enclosed please let us know and we will discuss with you if it is possible or not.
By sending us your flowers you have fully read and agree to our Terms & Conditions as stated on our website.
