Our postal instructions have been tried, tested, and trusted by thousands of brides and families Australia-wide. When followed correctly, they carry a 99% success rate in safely delivering flowers to our studio for preservation. Keep stems in fresh water, trim and clean foliage below the waterline, and place in a cool, shaded area away from heat or sunlight. Avoid freezing or storing near ethylene sources like fruit.

We accept flowers up to 8–10 days after your event, although the sooner they reach us (ideally within 2–6 days), the better the preservation outcome will be.

The number of flowers needed can vary depending on the size and style of the keepsake you’ve chosen. As a general guide, we recommend sending 1 standard size bouquet. Though if you want to send more that is ok too. Once your flowers arrive, our designers will carefully select the blooms and foliage best suited to your chosen design.

Once your flowers arrive to our studio, they’re no longer your responsibility, they’re ours. We track their journey to our studio and will contact you as soon as they arrive safely.

That’s okay. We work with flowers at all stages and are highly experienced in stabilising and preserving blooms that have travelled long distances. Wilting, bruises, petal drop, or softness does not mean your flowers are going to look ugly or are ruined.

Yes. We’ll be in touch as soon as your flowers are safely received and unpacked in our studio.
